Farmingdale, NY
Up to $18/hour
Zoom Agency calls will be taking place tomorrow.
Client in-person interviews are taking place on Thursday 9/10 in the afternoon. Please only apply if you are available.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Onsite Position
Our client is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for an onsite role supporting delivery and installation operations. This is a fast‐moving opportunity with very quick fills—ideal for candidates from retail, call center backgrounds, or recent graduates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting delivery and installation teams while they are out on the road
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls related to home delivery, service, and installations
- Assisting showroom staff with scheduling delivery tickets and resolving issues
- Checking in delivery drivers upon return from their routes
- Preparing and generating next‐day delivery paperwork
- Matching invoices with run sheets to ensure accurate loading of merchandise onto trucks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast‐paced environment
- Retail, call center, or customer‐facing experience preferred
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
