We are looking for a full-time Program Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the clients of HOPE Village, providing transportation as needed, leading devotional sessions and Bible studies, and helping guide, inspire, and support the women as they have a fresh start.
Essential job duties for this position include the following items and other duties as assigned or required.
- Daily transportation.
- Daily unit inspections.
- Oversee weekly/monthly community service hours/opportunities.
- Daily encouragement and support of clients.
- Daily Shift Report emails.
- Weekly Transportation emails.
- Weekly schedule spreadsheets.
- Leading Devotions and Bible studies
Religious Qualifications:
- Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ demonstrated through a profession of faith.
- Actively participate in and remain in good standing with a local Christian church.
- Support and uphold the mission, values, and Christian principles of House of Hope of the Pee Dee.
- Demonstrate spiritual maturity, integrity, humility, and compassion.
- Have a passion for serving individuals experiencing homelessness and hardship.
- Be willing to pray with, encourage, and share the Gospel with residents, guests, volunteers, and staff when appropriate.
- Exhibit Christian conduct consistent with Biblical principles both professionally and personally.
