Accounts Payable Specialist
Now hiring Accounts Payable Specialist Franklin, TN Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Shift: 7 am 4 pm or 8 am 5 pm, Mon-Fri Make Every Penny Count (Literally) Become our next Accounts Payable Specialist in Franklin and help manage invoices, receipts, and payment tracking. Requirements for a Great Fit
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- 5 years of AP experience.
- Freight Forwarding/Transportation industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with vendor dispute resolution.
- Excellent ability to interact professionally and effectively with senior management, internal, and external customers.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
- Ability to gather and interpret data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Systems experience: ERP systems experience preferred, D365 a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word required.

- Process and post daily transactions into internal systems.
- Review documents for accuracy before filing.
- Match statements, receipts, and invoices.
- Assist with basic reporting and office support tasks.
- Provides excellent customer service to customers.
