Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description Randstad in Williamson County has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a large Healthcare company in the Brent-wood area. Main responsibilities will include: Verifying, approving, and coding invoices All Accounts Payable functions including accurate preparation of payments for approved invoices and contract payments. Processing 300+ invoices a week Maintaining accurate files Special Assignments through the company Communicating with vendors and management team Qualifications Qualifications & Skills 3-5 years of Accounts Payable Experience is required At least one years experience working with 1099s Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Kronos soft wares Attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize and multi task Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude Ability to pick up on software systems quickly Additional Information This rewarding job is a Monday thru Friday work week ( 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m).
