Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients to develop tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients navigate their emotional landscapes and foster resilience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulatory standards, which reinforces our commitment to ethical practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to formulate comprehensive care strategies, sharing insights and expertise to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
