Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, challenges, and strengths, laying the groundwork for personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of New York.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
