Work Environment

As a remote community health clinic, Inner Healthcare Clinic embraces flexibility in scheduling while maintaining high standards of care. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your education, training, and experience to independently assess patients and formulate psychosocial diagnoses tailored to their specific situations.
• Collaborate with patients to develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans that respect their goals and preferences.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based behavioral interventions, such as motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy, to support patients in their mental health journeys.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including other clinicians, psychologists, and primary care providers, to ensure that our approach to care is holistic and integrated.
• Monitor patients' progress towards treatment goals through systematic tracking of treatment responses, utilizing both virtual and in-person assessments.
• Support medication management as prescribed by medical providers, ensuring adherence, monitoring potential side effects, and assessing the overall effectiveness of treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position will involve working with a diverse range of clients, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will be responsible for providing care to individuals from various backgrounds, including those with chronic mental health conditions, trauma histories, or situational crises. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a current and valid LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Texas.
