Work Environment

As a part of the detox center team, you will collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychologists and primary care providers, to deliver holistic treatment plans. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your education, training, and clinical experience to independently assess psychosocial conditions of patients, forming accurate diagnoses based on their unique situations.
• Collaborate closely with patients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that resonate with their personal aspirations and needs.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, such as motivational interviewing and problem-solving treatments, while monitoring treatment effectiveness based on established outcomes.
• Engage in regular consultations with a multidisciplinary team comprising clinicians, psychologists, and primary care providers to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.
• Systematically track treatment responses, providing ongoing monitoring of patient progress—whether in-person or through telehealth—to ensure alignment with treatment goals.
• Assist with psychotropic medication management by coordinating with medical providers to address adherence issues, side effects, and overall treatment efficacy.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Healthcare Clinic, you will focus on a diverse patient population dealing with substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and complex psychosocial issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
