Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to accurately identify their social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring a tailored approach to their unique situations.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling to clients facing an array of challenges, leveraging therapeutic techniques to promote healing and personal development.
• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized service plans aligned with patients' goals and objectives, ensuring they remain committed to their recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
