Work Environment

This position primarily provides remote work opportunities, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining the vital connection with clients via telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs of your clients.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, group therapy discussions, and family counseling, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
• Applying trauma-informed care approaches and cultural competence when addressing the diverse needs of clients from various backgrounds.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress, assessments, and treatment notes in compliance with California state regulations.

Qualifications
