Senior Analyst, Contracts and Chargebacks

Senior Analyst responsible for managing contract pricing data, reconciling supplier and customer chargebacks, and maintaining accuracy in the contract management database system. Role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve payment discrepancies in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain contract pricing and membership data in database system
• Reconcile supplier and customer chargeback submissions according to guidelines
• Analyze pricing variances and identify sources of contract discrepancies
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and distribution centers to resolve payment issues
• Manage chargeback accounts receivable portfolio and collection activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum two years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of accounting practices and principles
• SAP expertise desirable
