Direct Support Professional Shift A 8(58)

Brandi's Hope is looking for Direct Support Professionals. Compensation and Benefits The starting pay for this position is $10.00 per hour with a guaranteed schedule of 45 hours per week. For DSPs the overtime rate is $15.00. DSPs receive 3 hours of unpaid overtime credit for perfect attendance each week after working 42 hours, which makes the effective hourly pay $11.31. After successful completion of 90 days, the base rate increases to $11.50 per hour, overtime rate to $17.25, and effective hourly pay to $13.01. Shifts Days shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 8 am – 8 pm; Wednesday 7 am – 1 pm. Responsibilities Provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of developmental/intellectual disabilities. Assist with job supports, self‑care, recreational activities, and community inclusion. Transport clients to appointments as needed. Report to work assignments with clients as a job advocate. Assist with feeding and hygiene. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable work experience in the last three (3) years. Current, valid driver's license. Current CPR training. Successful completion of an extensive background check and drug screening. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalency, minimum two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, valid driver's license, and pass background checks.
