Direct Support Professional (Days) Hours: Wednesday 1pm – 7pm and Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8am – 8pm. Duties Provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of developmental/intellectual disabilities. Assist with job supports, self‑care, recreational activities, and community inclusion. Transport clients to appointments; report to work assignments with client as a job advocate or assist with feeding and hygiene. Duties will be discussed with employer. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of verifiable work experience within the last 3 years. Current valid driver’s license for client transportation. Current CPR training. Extensive background check and drug screening required prior to employment offer. Benefits Full benefit package for qualified applicants. Compensation The starting pay is $10.00 per hour with a guaranteed schedule of 45 hours per week. Overtime rate is $15.00 per hour. DSPs receive 3 hours of unworked overtime pay for perfect attendance each week after 42 hours, making the DSP rate of pay for worked hours $11.31 per hour.
