• License/Certs: Active OH RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience, proficient with EPIC, IV Start, Telemetry, Vent management, and Telemetry; travel experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Float across various ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU (MICU), Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, NCCU based on staffing needs.
• Provide exceptional patient care for critically ill adults in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize your proficiency in ventilator management, telemetry, IV starts, and other critical skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
• Adhere to unit policies and float within units of equivalent or lower acuity.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately within electronic health records.

What You Need

• Ohio RN license in good standing
• At least 2 years of ICU experience
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (required)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Experience with IV placement, telemetry, ventilator management, and telemetry monitoring
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
