• Experience: Relevant ICU experience preferred; minimum required varies by facility

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $62.47/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality ICU patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and changes in patient conditions
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately
• Follow facility protocols and adhere to safety standards
• Support patients and their families through compassionate communication

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license or eligibility for licensure
• ICU experience preferred; strong clinical skills required
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a busy environment
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
