What You'll Do

• Provide advanced critical care to ICU patients across various units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU (MICU), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NICU
• Float to different ICUs based on staffing needs, while adhering to unit-specific protocols
• Manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and patient monitoring with proficiency
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Ensure safety and compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Document clinical observations and interventions accurately in electronic medical records (EPIC)

What You Need

• Active Ohio RN license or compact license and ability to work in Ohio
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, with proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system
• Experience with ventilator management, telemetry, and IV starts
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
