Competitive hourly pay: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do

Float across ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, MICU, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU based on staffing needs

Provide critical care to diverse patient populations Manage ventilators, IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and other critical tasks Follow unit protocols ensuring quality patient outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care Adapt to various ICU environments while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency

What You Need

Required:

Valid Ohio RN license or eligible for licensure Minimum of 2 years ICU experience BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system Experience with IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management, and telemetry monitoring Preferred:

Previous travel nursing experience

Flexibility to float across different ICU units

About the Assignment

Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team providing weekend day shifts with flexibility to meet unit needs. You'll work in a variety of ICU settings, supporting top-tier patient care across multiple specialized units. Parking options include convenient access to Wexner Medical Center garages, with costs ranging from $16.35 to $748.58 per month. The shift schedule is nights, 3 days per week, with opportunities for extended assignments and additional support.
