Riveting Operator (1st & 2nd Shift)

Location: Painesville

Job Summary

The Riveting Operator is responsible for assembling metal and parts using riveting equipment and hand tools in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow technical specifications, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

• Operate a mechanical riveting and etching machine, while maintaining a positive and safe work environment.
• Read, follow, and comply with work instructions.
• Ability to use basic shop math and understand tolerances such as +/-.005.
• Ability to use measuring devices to check and verify proper parts are being made to correct specifications.
• Apply basic use of computer skills.
• Work closely with supervisors/employees to assemble multiple layered parts in a timely manner.
• Uphold all ISO and OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities listed above.
• Perform other duties as required.
