Head of Finance & Operations - Besty AI Location: New York City, NY (Onsite) | Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 + 0.3% - 0.5% equity About Besty AI Besty AI is building the intelligence layer for the $120B hotel and short-term rental market. With 20% month-over-month growth and $6M+ raised, we're scaling fast and need a strategic operator to build the financial and operational backbone of the company. The Role This is the first Head of Finance & Operations hire. You'll own the company's financial and operational infrastructure, working directly with the CEO to scale from early traction to significant revenue growth. What You'll Do Build and own financial models, forecasting, and KPI reporting from scratch Prepare board decks and interface directly with investors and board members Develop and execute pricing strategy in collaboration with leadership Manage vendor relationships, payroll, HR, AP/AR, and day-to-day operations Support recruiting efforts and help build the team Drive operational efficiency across the business as it scales What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in high-growth, venture-backed B2B SaaS companies Proven ability to build financial models from scratch Experience scaling a company from Seed through Series B Track record interfacing with investors and board members Comfort owning both finance and operations functions simultaneously Interview Process Screening call - CEO deep-dive - Case exercise - Offer #J-18808-Ljbffr David Joseph & Company
