Haven Builders is seeking an experienced Office & Client Experience Coordinator who is organized, dependable, resourceful, and takes ownership of their work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to person who keeps the office running smoothly, solves problems early, and ensures details don’t get missed. We are not looking for someone who needs constant direction. We are looking for a self-starter who can prioritize, manage their time, and get things done. - Keep tasks and projects moving independently
- Maintain a professional, organized office experience
- Step in wherever needed to support the team
- 5+ years of professional office, admin, or customer service experience
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Comfort learning new systems and software
- Reliable follow-through and accountability
- Positive attitude and sense of humor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
