Accounting Specialist | Full-Time | Robert, LA | $22-$25hr DOE
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Lofton Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist for a full-time, in-office opportunity in Robert, LA. This is a temp-to- perm hire position offering consistent daytime hours and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system daily
  • Answer phones and coordinate orders for foremen and vendors
  • Set up new jobs in the accounting system
  • Communicate with foremen to track delivery tickets
  • Prepare and assemble pay applications
  • Follow up on accounts payable and receivable items
Qualifications
  • Clerical or administrative experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
