We are a growing group of companies operating in pipe liner manufacturing and rental property management. We are seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to support our day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities.

What You’ll Do:

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Verify invoice details and match to purchase orders
• Issue payments to vendors through various methods
• Keep organized financial records for multiple companies
• Resolve billing issues and maintain vendor relationships
• Support month-end accounting processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using Excel and accounting systems
