Product Experience Design acts as both a strategic partner and design authority across Digital & Technology, helping shape product direction, experience standards and future growth opportunities.About the roleThe Sales Rep Experience Manager is responsible for defining the future experience strategy for Haleon's sales representatives globally.The role focuses on understanding how sales representatives interact with customers, processes, data, tools and content in order to identify opportunities that improve effectiveness, engagement and customer outcomes.
