Salary Range: $71,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Drive Execution : Manage the full project lifecycle: concept, permitting, production, and installation. Own the Bottom Line : Track costs, maintain healthy profit margins, and manage change orders. Bridge the Teams : Serve as the central hub connecting sales, engineering, manufacturing, and field installers. Manage Subcontractors : Negotiate estimates and oversee specialized crews for permitting and installation. Client Advocacy : Maintain proactive communication to deliver exceptional results on time. Field Leadership : Conduct site investigations and supervise active installation work on-site. What You Bring (Requirements) Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on industry experience. Industry Expertise : 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically in signage or construction . Blueprints : Proven ability to accurately read and interpret construction drawings. Tech Savvy : High proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce/Accumatica (or equivalent CRM/ERP tools). Leadership : Strong negotiation skills, a solutions oriented mindset, and high accountability.
