Chief Administrative Officer

To support organizational growth and operational excellence, the hybrid Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) will oversee Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Contracts Administration, Quality & Certifications, and Information Technology, ensuring these functions enable business development and compliance while driving employee engagement and performance. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO on workforce strategy, organizational design, and operational risk Lead and develop key functions including Human Resources and Information Technology to support sustainable growth Drive enterprise-wide change initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience in corporate or administrative functions Experience supporting a federal government contractor or similarly regulated organization Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation and change initiatives Strong understanding of federal contractor operational and compliance requirements
