Senior Associate Attorney

A growing Philadelphia-area law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a combination of litigation and transactional experience who is looking to take on greater responsibility, supervise junior attorneys, and work directly with firm leadership in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities: Handle a mix of litigation and transactional matters from inception through resolution Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted legal advisor Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and transactional documents Assist with litigation strategy, motions, negotiations, and dispute resolution Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior associates Work directly with firm partners on client matters and practice development initiatives Take ownership of matters and manage cases with a high degree of autonomy Qualifications: Experience handling both litigation and transactional matters Background in business law, commercial litigation, real estate, trusts & estates, or related practice areas preferred Ability to independently manage client matters and maintain strong client relationships Experience mentoring junior attorneys or serving in a leadership role preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Pennsylvania Bar admission required; New Jersey admission a plus Billable Requirement: No formal billable hour requirement; attorneys typically bill 6-8 hours per day Schedule: Hybrid with significant flexibility after onboarding Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, plus 40% of originated business collected Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees, generous PTO, etc. Team: Work directly with firm leadership while helping guide and mentor junior associates in a highly collaborative environment Culture: Strong emphasis on work-life balance with limited weekend work and a flexible, family-friendly atmosphere #J-18808-Ljbffr SR Staffing
