HRIS Coordinator

Responsibilities Daily data entry and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platform (ADP Enterprise, Workforce Management, ADP Document Cloud) Run standard and custom data reports for Human Resources management and leadership Help troubleshoot system errors and user login issues in all Automatic Data Processing (ADP) platforms (Workforce Management, MyADP) as well as C-Cure (physical access system) Act as a liaison between the Human Resources team, Information Technology, Information Security, and software vendors Under the supervision of the HRIS Analyst, test system updates, patches, and new program features Ensure confidentiality and security of all personnel data Research, verify, and respond to written and/or oral inquiries from employees and third parties regarding employment verifications for former and current employees; compose and distribute routine written correspondence as necessary Conduct disciplinary reviews of internal applicants during the Recruitment process (Applicant Listing) Provide backup documents for Audits (Internal and external) Perform special projects and assignments as directed by management This is a hybrid position that requires you to report to our New York City office ten days per month. The first few months of the position is 100% in the office. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Minimum two (2) years HRIS and/or HR operations experience with a strong emphasis on data reporting required Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook, required; knowledge of Microsoft Visio preferred Strong self-motivation and follow-up skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented and adaptable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, and listening abilities. Professional appearance and ability to maintain required confidentiality Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, Funds, the union, vendors, and the public.
