Our client seeks a dynamic paralegal to join their office located in Coral Gables, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and be bilingual, able to speak both English and Spanish. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a personal injury caseload from intake to resolution.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and discovery responses.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other case-related documents.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and experts.
• Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations.
• Monitor case deadlines and court filings.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in the case management system.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in personal injury law required.
• Knowledge of pre-suit and litigation processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
