Job Description: The W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Program Coordinator to join the Executive Education, Corporate Partnerships, and Lifelong Learning team. In this newly established and evolving role, you will play a key part in advancing high-quality professional education initiatives by directly coordinating curriculum revision processes and supporting faculty and instructional design teams. The ideal candidate brings proven experience supporting academic curriculum enhancement and content coordination, along with an interest in leveraging emerging educational technologies—including AI-enabled learning tools—to enhance instructional delivery and learner engagement. Position Salary Range: $46,300 - $65,000 per year; to commensurate with education and experience Essential Duties: AI & Educational Technology Integration (40%):

Assist with the implementation and coordination of AI-enabled learning tools and emerging educational technologies. Support faculty and staff in utilizing digital learning resources, instructional technology, and AI-supported tools. Research emerging trends and best practices in professional education technology. Curriculum & Program Support (30%):

Directly support curriculum revision and course enhancement initiatives for professional education and business programs. Collaborate closely with faculty subject matter experts and instructional designers to review, update, and maintain curriculum content. Manage project timelines, meeting coordination, and comprehensive curriculum documentation. Support quality assurance processes for online and hybrid learning experiences. Operational & Administrative Support (25%):

Coordinate scheduling, communications, reporting, and administrative logistics for assigned programs. Maintain participant and program data, compile survey feedback, track workflows, and assist with vendor coordination and compliance with university procedures. Other Duties (5%):

Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned to support organizational growth and priorities. Desired Qualifications: Direct experience supporting academic curriculum revision, content reviews, and course enhancement initiatives. Experience coordinating academic, training, or professional education programs in a higher education or corporate setting. Demonstrated ability to coordinate project deliverables, timelines, meetings, and stakeholder communications. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Monday.com, Airtable). Interest in or familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and emerging educational technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. Proven ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented environments and foster an inclusive workplace. Working Environment: Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse; required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work. Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds. May be required to perform tasks in the field within and/or across University campuses. Flexible Work Arrangement: This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Employees are expected to work on-site at their primary ASU work location for a minimum of 60% of their regular workweek. Remote work may be performed for the remainder, based on business needs.
