Work Environment\n

This position is full-time and fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while ensuring high-quality care for our clients. You will manage a schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to accommodate client needs. As part of our commitment to continuous care, you may also be asked to be on-call, allowing you to address urgent situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of seniors' psychosocial needs, taking into account emotional, mental, and social factors that may affect their overall well-being.

• Provide counseling and emotional support to seniors and their families, assisting them in navigating significant life transitions, including health changes or loss.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
