Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting, giving our team members the flexibility to manage their responsibilities from home while ensuring that children in various educational facilities receive the care and support they need. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children.

• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), working closely with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Monitoring and reporting on child outcomes, as well as making necessary adjustments to IFSPs based on observed developmental progress.

• Providing support, guidance, and resources to families, helping them understand their child's development and the intervention strategies in place.
\n
• Administering evidence-based assessments and utilizing the coaching model to enhance learning in natural environments.
\n
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations to ensure quality and ethical care.
\n
• Building strong rapport with children, families, and academic personnel to create a supportive and healthy learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children, particularly those in their early developmental stages, including infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays. Social workers in this position are vital in helping these children benefit from early intervention services, enabling them to develop critical skills during their formative years.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license and a commitment to traveling locally as needed.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively balance caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with families and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the ideal candidate will also have:

Compensation and Benefits\n
