Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring alignment with best practices in early childhood development.

• Monitoring and evaluating outcomes, contributing to ongoing team discussions and strategy adjustments to optimize care.

• Providing professional support and guidance to families, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance child development.

• Establishing strong rapport with clients, families, and team members to create a trusting and impactful therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children from birth to age three who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Your expertise will guide not only the children but also empower their families to maximize developmental opportunities in natural settings. Working within a detox center environment, you will address the unique challenges faced by families seeking support, ensuring holistic treatment that includes physical, cognitive, social/emotional competencies, and communication skills development.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of experience working directly with children and families in early intervention settings.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively.
