This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in accounting while gaining hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Administration. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to learn, take initiative, and contribute across multiple areas of the business.Essential FunctionsAccounts PayableProcess vendor invoices accurately and timelyVerify purchase orders, receipts, and payment requestsPrepare and process payments to suppliers and vendorsMaintain organized financial records and documentationReconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepanciesAccounts ReceivableGenerate customer invoices and statementsRecord and reconcile customer paymentsAssist with maintaining accurate customer account recordsSupport month-end closing activitiesGeneral Accounting SupportAssist with data entry and financial reportingSupport audits and internal compliance processesCommunicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teamsPerform other accounting and administrative duties as assignedQualificationsBackground RequirementsCollege Degree2+ Years in a professional office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred SkillsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience with Microsoft D365 F&O or similar accounting systemsHands-on use of AI tools in a business environmentAdditional InformationWe offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation based on experience.
