Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy to clients through telehealth platforms and in-person sessions, addressing issues that include trauma, mood disorders, family conflicts, and life transitions.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand client histories and therapeutic needs, creating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare providers.

• Maintain precise and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care and facilitate communication among team members.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, consulting with medical professionals, referral sources, and community resources to support holistic client care.

• Participate in optional team meetings and peer consultations aimed at professional development and enhancing team cohesion.

• Adhere to the ethical guidelines and legal standards set forth by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), ensuring the highest quality of care.

Qualifications\n
