What You'll Do

• Identify potential healthcare candidates using our exclusive platform along with your personal network
• Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings
• Follow up with candidates to sustain their interest and support their journey toward employment
• Maintain detailed and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires made through your leads

What You Need to Succeed

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A self-motivated and proactive approach you shape your day and outcomes

How You'll Be Paid

This is a performance-based, commission-only role. This means no limit to your earning potential and endless opportunities for success.

You will earn money through tangible contributions:

• Commission for every qualified appointment you schedule
• Bonus pay when interviews occur as a result of your outreach
• Additional commission on any new business you source
• Bonus commission for successful placements that trace back to your leads
