Elaboracin y control de la nmina. Clculo y validacin de Nmina de Aguinaldo y PTU. Elaboracin de costo de Nmina EU. Nmina de reembolsos (viticos) Control de vacaciones. Control de despensa. Atencin a las demandas laborales. Elaboracin de finiquitos-liquidaciones. Clculo de Impuesto Sobre Nminas Elaboracin y envo de Declaraciones Cuatrimestrales, clculo y envo de Declaracin Prima de Riesgo de Trabajo. Alta, baja y modificaciones salariales. Clculo de Variables Bimestrales al IMSS. Elaboracin y clculo de Cuotas Obrero-Patronales Mensuales y Bimensuales. Elaboracin y clculo de cdula de Fonacot. Seguimiento y control de SGMM y SV. Atencin a requerimientos de dependencias con relacin a sueldos y salarios. Atencin a requerimientos a clientes (Seguridad e Higiene) Realizacin de todas aquellas tareas encomendadas por su responsable inmediato, tanto asociadas a su rea como vinculadas a otros departamentos, para el correcto desarrollo del trabajo. Experiencia Previa

What You'll Do

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations while supporting cross-functional teams: Process employee salaries, wages, and compensation accurately and on time Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations Maintain and reconcile employee payroll data, including tax withholdings, benefits, 401(k), and direct deposits Update employee records, including promotions, transfers, and terminations Prepare and submit payroll tax reports and other compliance-related documentation Administer employee benefits and payroll-related deductions Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries Generate and analyze bi-weekly reports for extra compensation in the Service Department Review and process internal tickets related to additional compensation Partner with the Service Department to reconcile discrepancies and ensure timely resolution Provide payroll data to support budgeting and forecasting activities Maintain accurate and organized payroll records for auditing purposes Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information Support employment verifications, wage audits, unemployment, workers' compensation, and garnishment requests Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination Contribute to aligning payroll processes with organizational goals Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in payroll and accounting Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements Experience with SAP is required Advanced proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage confidential information with integrity Proficient level in English and Spanish
