Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil Litigation Paralegal based in Rancho Bernardo, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of civil litigation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review.
- Strong skills in Legal Research and familiarity with legal databases.
- Experience in drafting and organizing Pleadings and Motions.
- Experience with
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities to liaise with attorneys, clients, and team members.
- A paralegal certificate or relevant education and experience in civil litigation are preferred.
- Proficiency with legal software and tools is a plus.
- CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE WITHIN 18 MILES OF RANCHO BERNARDO.
