⏰ Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday

Every appointment starts with a friendly greeting. As a Clinic Receptionist, you'll help create a positive experience by welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, and keeping our physician offices running smoothly.

What You'll Do
???? Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
???? Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars
???? Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
????️ Verify insurance and update patient records
???? Collect required forms and process patient check-in/check-out
???? Support providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care
What We're Looking For
✔ High School Diploma or GED required
✔ Customer service or medical office experience preferred
✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills
✔ Strong computer and multitasking abilities
✔ Positive, patient-focused attitude
