You are a proactive, impatient and charismatic communicator. Rather than your greatest gifts lying in analytics, you have the ability to read people and situations effectively. You are outgoing, empathetic and intuitive. You have the ability to persuade people to accept change or new ideas, as well as take hostile situations involving people and convert an unfriendly atmosphere to a more civil environment. You do not desire to be involved in transactions that are technical in nature as you can be easily distracted, and dislike being put in situations that do not involve others. You easily become dissatisfied with work that consists of repetitive tasks. Overall, you are optimistic and are most comfortable when you have freedom and independence to pursue your goals and to stay in an environment that provides a social network.

· Generate significant qualified sales that meet McCree’s values and goals.

· Once established, take over organizing and maintaining company wide sales effort in order to meet

company goals.

· Maintain attendance at community functions and events crucial to the purpose of McCree.

· Hand off sales to Coordinators effectively. In conjunction with estimating, architecture, permitting, and

management provides necessary information to close sale with client.

· Prepare and participate in presentations and proposals.

· Develop objectives and strategies in support of overall business sales.

· Participate as a member of all company planning activities.

· Analyze and identify potential markets.

· Represent McCree at community functions and events as required.

· Identifies and develops client contacts regarding potential and new work through research, cold calls,

promotional literature, etc.

· Plans and promotes sale of construction services for market segments.

· Be part of the Executive Committee.

· Keeps Richard T. McCree, Jr. and Richard T. McCree, Sr. honestly informed about sales.

· Responsible to coordinate activities with potential clients until construction is reached.

· Participate and advise on marketing tactics or other marketing efforts to improve sales.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a 4-year College or University or one to two years related experience and or training or an equivalent continuation of education and experience

Technical Requirements:

Computer literate, utilizing all McCree software proficiently.
