What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care for patients across diverse cases
• Respond to on-call needs during night and weekend shifts
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Support long weekends on call, with lodging provided at an approved hotel for qualifying shifts
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
• Handle off-site night beeper call during scheduled shifts
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives

What You Need:

Required:

• Current CRNA certification and licensure in Virginia or eligible for licensure
• Prior experience in anesthesia care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Flexibility to work varied shifts and on-call hours
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
