What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of procedures in a hospital setting.
• Manage pre-op and post-op patient assessments.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans tailored to each patient.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
• Respond to on-call anesthetic needs during scheduled shifts and additional PRN opportunities.
• Ensure accurate documentation of anesthetic care in compliance with hospital policies.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, efficient, and patient-centered perioperative environment.

What You Need
Required:

• Valid license to practice medicine as a CRNA in Virginia
• Prior experience as a CRNA (flexible on hours but preferred)
• Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience with on-call anesthesia coverage
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and long weekends
