Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $1.00 (please note pay package discussed upon application)

What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Participate in on-call coverage, responding promptly to emergencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patient safety
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia and patient care
• Adhere to facility policies and safety standards
• Support quality improvement initiatives and best practice adherence
• Offer flexible coverage options, including long weekends in Fredericksburg

What You Need
Required:

• Valid CRNA certification and active RN license in Virginia
• Prior anesthesia experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience in a hospital or surgical center setting
• Ability to manage on-call duties effectively
