Shift: On-call beeper shifts (off-site) – Nights (7PM-7AM) & Day (7AM-7PM)

Duration: Ongoing / Flexible PRN coverage

Hours per Week: Varies based on shift needs

Employment Type: PRN / Part-Time Opportunities

Licenses/Certs: Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

What You'll Do

Provide anesthesia care and support during on-call hours
Respond to call-backs with a minimum of 2 hours at the agreed rate
Participate in flexible on-call coverage, including preferred weekends with lodging provided
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient interactions
Adhere to facility policies and anesthesia best practices

What You Need

Required:

Active Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
Prior anesthesia experience
Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred:

Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules
Experience with off-site anesthesia support
