What You'll Do Record and post daily financial transactions while maintaining accurate supporting documentation. Process vendor invoices, customer billing, and monitor outstanding balances. Contribute to monthly and annual close processes by organizing data and preparing schedules. Perform account analyses and resolve discrepancies within bank and ledger accounts. Compile financial statements and assemble materials needed for internal and external audits. Maintain adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company procedures. Provide analytical and administrative support to senior accounting staff on special projects and reporting initiatives. What You'll Bring Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Basic understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles. Minimum of 2 years of related experience is required Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
