Senior Manager – Technical Accounting We are partnering with a financially strong, growth-oriented organization seeking a Senior Manager to lead its technical accounting functions. What You’ll Do: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Oversee financial reporting and general ledger integrity Manage the year-end audit and serve as a key liaison with external auditors Research and document technical accounting matters (US GAAP) Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Oversee fixed asset accounting and related processes Partner cross-functionally across the business Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Accounting CPA 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong technical accounting and US GAAP expertise Leadership experience Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (Workday or similar) a plus Why This Role: Financially stable, well-performing organization Strong track record of internal promotions and career advancement High visibility role with exposure to leadership Collaborative team of sharp, driven professionals Opportunity to make an impact and improve processes Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
