Senior Manager of Accounts Payable

Senior Accounts Payable Manager Now recruiting on behalf of a growing, global organization investing heavily in building a best‑in‑class shared service function to support its next phase of expansion. Responsibilities Lead global accounts payable (AP) operations within a shared services model, overseeing invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations. Drive standardization and efficiency across regions. Serve as process owner for the implementation of a modern ERP platform (SAP S/4HANA) as part of a large‑scale finance transformation. Hire, train, and develop AP staff. Optimize working capital and enhance internal controls. Implement automation to improve end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay (P2P) performance. Partner cross‑functionally with business leaders to improve end‑to‑end P2P performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Accounting (or related). 9–11+ years of P2P/AP leadership experience in a shared services function. Experience working with large ERP systems, including SAP. Experience driving transformation and supporting implementations to optimize efficiency and automation. A track record of driving KPIs, process improvements, and operational excellence.
