Account Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing boutique estate management company seeking an experienced Account Manager / Estate Manager to support a select portfolio of UHNW private residences throughout Manhattan. This is an exciting opportunity for a sophisticated, hands-on professional who enjoys managing the big picture while remaining closely involved in day-to-day operations. The initial portfolio will include three properties, with significant opportunity to grow alongside the company as it continues expanding in New York City. Key Responsibilities Estate & Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of UHNW private residences, ensuring each property is maintained and operating at the highest standard. Staff & Vendor Management: Manage household staff, vendors, contractors, and other service providers while maintaining strong communication and accountability. Facilities & Residential Operations: Oversee property maintenance, inspections, and operational needs across multiple residences. Projects & Renovations: Coordinate renovations, construction, and capital projects, working closely with contractors and other key stakeholders. Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for UHNW principals and clients, providing polished, responsive, and highly personalized service. Hands-On Problem Solving: Remain actively involved in the field, addressing issues as they arise and ensuring details are handled efficiently and thoughtfully. What We Are Looking For Experience: 5+ years of experience in estate management, UHNW residential operations, luxury hospitality, or a similar environment. UHNW Experience: Direct experience supporting UHNW principals or clients is strongly preferred. People Management: Experience managing household staff, vendors, contractors, and multiple projects or properties. Facilities Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential operations, facilities, and property management. Project Experience: Experience overseeing renovations, construction, or capital projects; Owner's Representative experience is strongly preferred. Organization & Communication: Exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and close attention to detail. Professional Presence: Calm, confident, resourceful, and highly capable under pressure. Location: Manhattan-based candidates are strongly preferred. Location & Structure Location: Manhattan, New York Schedule: Monday–Friday Work Structure: Fully onsite, splitting time between the company's NYC office and private residences throughout the city.
