If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.The Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. This role will manage core accounting processes, maintain internal controls, and support strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with leadership skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.You will be joining Rogo at an inflection point where your work will directly shape our path to market leadership. As the company scales, you'll have the opportunity to leave an outsized impact and grow with the business.What You Will Own:Core Accounting & Financial OperationsOwn the day-to-day accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management.Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.Maintain accurate financial records and prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable accounting standards.Financial Infrastructure & Process DevelopmentEstablish and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial policies to support a scaling startup.Implement and optimize accounting systems, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and reporting.Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and insights.Monitor key financial metrics and analyze variances to help leadership understand company performance.Cross-Functional Support & External CoordinationPartner with leadership and operational teams to ensure financial processes align with business needs.Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory partners for audits, filings, and compliance.What You Will Need:Required5-8+ years of progressive accounting experienceCPA or equivalent certificationStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems, with preference for Sage IntacctAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilityBonusBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldPrior public accounting or Big Four experienceExperience in a high-growth startup or venture backed companiesExperience in B2B SaaS and/or AI industryExperience supporting audits, investor reporting, or fundraising diligenceExperience with international or multinational environmentWho You AreYou thrive in fast-paced environments.
