About the Role:
Home Link International Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Vineland, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design, implement, and oversee ABA therapy programs for clients in accordance with BACB standards
• Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
• Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and program modifications
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a BCBA in the state of New Jersey
• Experience conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or other behavioral assessments
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, DTT, NET, and behavior intervention strategies
• Previous experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work in-person and travel locally within the Vineland, NJ area as needed
