For 25-plus years, One Week Bath has designed and built custom bathrooms across Los Angeles with a single in-house crew, start to finish. One team designs it in the home, then builds it. Clients never get handed off to a showroom, never deal with a rotating cast of subcontractors, and never live with a half-finished bathroom for months.

Right now, the owner personally closes the leads that matter most. This role takes that over, then brings the rest of the sales team up to that same standard. The leads are already coming in steadily, and reps are already closing multiple new clients every month. What's missing is someone to own the close rate and coach the team to it.

WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE

Get a prospect on the phone, and by the end of the call they're booked for a quote and genuinely looking forward to it. Not because they were pitched hard. Because they're convinced this is the only team that can actually deliver what they're picturing.

WHY WORK AT ONE WEEK BATH

• Base salary plus commission and override

• Health insurance: HMO included, PPO or family coverage available at extra cost

• PTO

• Flexible schedule: roughly 10% in-office, 50 to 60% in the field with in-home client appointments, the rest from a home office

Compensation:

$110,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team by example, demonstrating effective sales techniques and closing strategies.
• Develop and implement sales plans that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and act on these insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and optimize conversion rates.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to final contract, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and team members alike.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3+ years of  experience owning a revenue number and coaching reps to hit theirs.

• Proven track record of closing high-ticket, in-home remodeling or design-build sales.

• Experience with bathroom or kitchen remodeling   is highly preferred to be considered.

• Experience owning a revenue number and coaching reps to hit theirs.

• Reliable transportation for in-home appointments across Los Angeles and surrounding areas; clean background check.

• U.S. work authorization; full-time.

You do NOT need:

• A trade license or hands-on construction background.

• A college degree.
